Terms of Purchase

Flourish Flowers sells unique handmade artworks made from hardwood and acrylic. Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity and a ribbon loop at the back for hanging. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand. We are not VAT registered.

Payment is by manual EFT. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Artworks are reserved for 48 hours after an order is placed. Unpaid orders may then be cancelled and the artwork made available again. Please contact Aldo if you have paid and your transfer is still clearing.

Delivery

Standard delivery within South Africa is free. Express delivery costs R150.

Dispatch is arranged promptly after payment has cleared. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 3–5 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 business days for express delivery. Courier delays may affect these estimates.

Collection is available by prior arrangement with Aldo.

Returns and damaged goods

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, except where required by law.

If your artwork or parcel arrives damaged, send clear photographs and your order number to Aldo on 076 865 7298 or aldo@flourishflowers.co. Please contact Aldo before returning the artwork.

Our Returns and Damaged Goods policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.
