Returns and Damaged Goods

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, except where required by law.

If your artwork or parcel arrives damaged, please send clear photographs and your order number to Aldo on 076 865 7298 or aldo@flourishflowers.co. Aldo will assess the damage and arrange an appropriate solution.

Please contact Aldo before sending an artwork back so that return arrangements can be made.

This policy does not limit your rights under South African consumer law, including any applicable cooling-off rights or rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
